Shipping Locations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to domestic U.S. addresses.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $30. For orders under $30, a standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote locations, APO/FPO addresses, or during peak seasons.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking & Order Confirmation
- All shipments come with tracking details so you can monitor your order’s progress in real time. We use reputable carriers, and tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Delivery Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Genuine Stamps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office if your package is not received.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
