Return Policy for Genuine Stamps
At Genuine Stamps, we strive to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent return policy in compliance with U.S. laws and regulations.
Return Eligibility
- Condition of Items: All returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer. Custom orders and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Return Categories
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a quality issue, please provide an unboxing video and images of the damaged product. Once we verify the problem, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.
- Change of Mind:
- We regret that we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference or simply not liking the product. If you still wish to return or exchange the item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. Returns must be completed within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any required documentation, such as an unboxing video or images of the damaged product. We will provide return instructions accordingly.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your items.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations and Order Modifications
- If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
