3. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, GenuineStamps has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyrights. We may also, in our sole discretion, limit access to the website or services for individuals who are repeatedly infringing.
